Reviews
Driver was punctual on pick up timing. Morning on site guide for salt mines was good and knowledgeable. Afternoon guide for Auschwitz was slightly lethargic and lacked energy. Would be better if Auschwitz was arranged in the morning due to the summer heat. Bottles of water could be provided by the tour operator especially in the peak of the summer season.
very smooth. from pick up and drop off. was Rafael our driver was very nice. Our tour guide inside the museum was very informative. I can feel and see the sadness on his eyes while he is talking. Am very emotional inside the camp. I was warnd not to go there, but its worth it. Highly recommended.
our guide is very knowledgeable about the tour. but she sometimes speaks in a very low voice in some areas she cannot be heard. there are some areas that we were not able to see the exhibit bec we rushed thru, maybe bec of too many visitors. but overall itvwas very organized, solemnly presented. all the artifacts are well kept, the place is very well.kept. highly recommendef tour.
If you want your trip to go smoothly, please go to the local area and find a local tour directly. Three very serious problems: 1) Lengendary Krakow is extremely irresponsible and keeps using delaying tactics to wait for you to switch suppliers until there are not enough people. Cancel your reservation via email. (He won’t reply with messages, for fear of scolding you) 2) Klook earns the price difference, but does not provide any guarantee or any remedy. 3) The so-called English of the message reply is worse than Google Translate. Don’t expect the tour guide present to be very fluent.
🚨 EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR KLOOK TOUR 🚨 EXPERIENCE EUROPE EDITION 🇪🇺 Our confirmed tour booking was partially canceled just ONE DAY before the scheduled tour while we were already overseas and had already spent a huge amount for the trip. As travelers and travel professionals, we understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, last minute cancellations caused by operational or scheduling issues are extremely frustrating, especially after months of planning and traveling thousands of miles with a fixed itinerary. What made this even more disappointing was the lack of proactive communication and support. We would not have even been informed had we not made follow ups ourselves. This experience reminded us that convenience in online booking does not always guarantee reliability, especially when travelers are already abroad with limited time and options. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we found the service very unreliable and deeply disappointing.
Do not book your tours in Krakow with this company - they have the worst customer service ever! They messed up the instructions for my booking (didn’t even mention what bus to get on), and the lady working at the desk on 25/08/24 at 9:30 AM (she refused to give me her name) was extremely rude and dismissive. She did not even acknowledge that it’s the company’s fault for failing to provide proper instructions and kept putting the blame on her colleague who was working the day before. She eventually cancelled and refunded my booking after calling me “annoying” (who wouldn’t, I’ve been looking forward to this tour and was left waiting for almost 2 hours without any response/further instructions from the company). I eventually asked for a manager but she declined my request multiple times until she finally caved in and provided me the manager’s phone number to call. Had a nice conversation with the manager and he apologized profusely for his employees’ failure in providing the necessary instructions for the tour. All in all, very disappointed with the customer service of this company. Think twice before you book your tours with them, unless you want to be treated like garbage.
