Fantastic 5.0

St. Mark's Basilica is very beautiful. The address of the office is not that easy to find. After finding it, the service staff responsible for confirming it were very friendly and gave everyone earphones. The tour guide was very nice. He started giving detailed explanations outside the church, and it didn’t take long to queue. There are detailed explanations for some parts in the church, and it felt like 45 minutes passed in a flash.

Elena was a great tour guide and she is Venetian herself. The tour was smooth except you must confirm with the agency about the meeting point. I met up late due to an uncommunicated change in meet up point.

This time I thought the tickets could be used directly in front of the cathedral, but it turned out that I had to go to the Venice Tourist Center to pick up the tickets and check in, and wait for the other group members to depart together. However, the tour guide was very responsible and very careful, so I felt the tour was very worthwhile.

We started with a brief history of Venice via VR in their shop, then walked over to the basilica. The guide was very warm and informative. The basilica is very breathtaking. Well worth the experience.

The meeting point is between the two newspaper kiosks. A staff member will be seated there on a folding chair. They are fluent in several languages. Look for a spot in the shade, where it's not sunny. The tour guide will arrive later to pick up the group. Our guide, Anna, was excellent and very professional. The process was concise and didn't drag on. Although the guided portion is only thirty minutes, you can stay as long as you like after it concludes. If you're interested, you can also purchase additional tickets inside to see the Golden Relics or the museum on the second floor, and explore on your own. I bought this tour because it included skip-the-line admission.
