120mins are divided into 60mins spa, 30mins scrub n 30mins bath. ot was a decent experience but not one of the best. place is neat and clean and part of a 5star

Great experience pampering myself and the place was really beautiful.

There are 2 beds, but a reservation was made for 3 people, so one person had to wait 90 minutes to receive it. It is wrong to unconditionally accept a reservation without notice that for 3 or more people, the reservation cannot be made at the same time. I hope this is corrected.

I had a terrible experience because I booked for 8 AM on the application but thenthey messaged and told me they can't accommodate the request and to reschedule it and they asked me to cancel it and I couldn't because the app was not allowing me. then I had to get in touch with the klook customer service. I had to do all of this during my trip because the spa people couldn't be bothered to update their own time on the app.completely disappointed
