Explore Canberra: The Heart of Australia with Buffet Lunch

It was a nice tour! Considering the distance from Sydney to Canberra, there’s naturally not a lot of time to spend at each place, but I think the time we had was enough. I’m a solo traveller, so I had time to stroll around, take some photos, and even buy a few souvenirs. Our tour guide, Gordon, was really nice and knowledgeable about Canberra. He also showed us around some of the different embassies even though it wasn’t included in the itinerary, which was a nice little bonus. I especially enjoyed the timing of the Floriade visit. We arrived at a good time, so it wasn’t too crowded and we could walk around, enjoy the flowers, and take photos without feeling too rushed. Overall, it was a really nice day trip and a great way to see a glimpse of Canberra and Floriade from Sydney. I had a good time and would definitely recommend the tour! 🌷🌸😊

A trip to Floriade Festival, a tulip festival, was added to this itinerary. It was awesome and fun with full of colorful tulips. Other trip was great too!

Long day but totally worth it. Driver, Yan was very careful and knowledgeable. Tried to cramp in as much in the itinerary as possible so it felt a little rushed at every venue including the scrumptious buffet lunch. 5 stars. book it

The emailed itinerary was not followed, for the better. This tour is really rushed, given the distance from Sydney. Pickup was a bit late, and we left Canberra a bit earlier than scheduled. However, we visited another location not part of the itinerary which was a plus. Lunch was good and had a lot of options.

canberra is often outshined by Sydney and Melb but i must say, give this city a chance and it will show its wonder. good thing i have decided to book and explore the city on a day trip. it is a garden city and many things to learn from. also got to explore the parliament which is a surreal experience with lawmakers inside in session

We booked a day tour to Canberra with Brighton Tours, and Yan was both our driver and guide. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout the day. We visited all the listed destinations on time, and while I wish we had more time at each stop to explore and read. Yan provided useful information beforehand nonetheless, which helped us appreciate each site better. He also shared helpful tips, like the best order to visit places and the most convenient routes. Lunch was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, desserts, and drinks. Our group of 11 kept to the schedule, which made everything run smoothly. Yan did a great job overall. We even made a few extra short stops for photos, which was a nice bonus.

The guide was good, we made all the necessary stops, and everything in the city went quickly and smoothly. I enjoyed it, and so did my friends.

Interesting and educational one-day tour from Sydney to see Canberra's highlights. Our driver-guide shared lots of info and where to take good photos. But we didn't see new 'happening' districts due to time constraint.
