Klook didn’t know much about the situation in Poland. The website said that paper documents were required. I was already in Poland when I placed the order (because the website said that I could order the day before yesterday), but I was told by look that paper documents were required. I was basically in Poland. I didn’t know where to go to print, so Klook suggested that I go to a store to inquire. However, there is only one store in Krakow (in the old city). After traveling thousands of miles to get there, I discovered that the store was not open at all (I don’t know why). I wanted to take a gamble and see if I could use an electronic voucher to explain it to the driver, which made me very anxious before the trip. However, klook customer service told me to ask the counter and then cut off contact. I was very dissatisfied as to why I was selling the product if I didn’t understand it. Then I asked but didn’t know the answer. But in fact, in October 2024, wow krakow can already use qrcode to get on the bus and scan it. There is no need to show paper, and each stop sign can be found online (it takes some effort, because the instructions are a bit unclear). Overall, the smooth ride experience is pretty good, so five stars are given to wow krakow, but I am not very satisfied with klook's customer service this time.
