• All scenic spots in Sichuan require real-name admission. Therefore, when booking, customer service needs tourists to provide ID cards or passport information of all participants in the group; otherwise, they can only purchase tickets on site (on-site purchase may not be possible due to traffic restrictions during peak seasons). Please be sure to know and understand this.
• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 1 months pregnant, children aged 0-2, and anyone that has Severe hypertension and heart disease to participate in this activity
• Please be aware of your safety during the tour and follow the safety guidelines of the scenic area and visit in a civilized manner. Whether a certain giant panda appears is not controlled by human power, please be sure to understand.
• This product does not arrange any designated tourist shopping spots or force tourists to participate in any self-funded projects. If drivers or tour guides have any violations, please call or send a text message to the travel manager for complaints and feedback. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
• If you are traveling on weekends and holidays, considering the congestion in scenic spots and on roads during holidays, which may cause uncertainty in the return time, we do not recommend that you book major transportation (such as airplanes, trains, etc.) on the day of your return in order to avoid unnecessary losses.
• If you shop in scenic spots, restaurants, or rest stops along the way, we remind you to consume rationally according to your needs and ask for relevant vouchers, which can be used as a basis if quality problems occur later. Our company does not assume any responsibility for this.
• For safety reasons, if this product is attended by minors under the age of 18, at least one adult relative must accompany them; if there are elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) or above among the travelers, at least one relative aged 18-60 must accompany them to participate in the tour.
