What to expect
The Machu Picchu Day Trip from Cusco begins with a 4:30 AM hotel pickup and transfer to Ollantaytambo train station. From there, you'll travel to Aguas Calientes town and take a 30-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu citadel. On arrival, enjoy a spectacular view of the citadel as the clouds part and the sun illuminates its walls.
