Claude Monet's Home and Gardens Guided Tour

Loved our tour to Monets Gardens. our guide Crystal was incredible, lots of interesting information and great sense of humour. The meeting point was easy to find, directions were seamless. We joined our group and made our way to the bus which was a large luxury coach with incredibly comfy seats for the 90 minute drive from Paris to Giverny. On arrival we were given clear meeting points and tips on route options around the gardens. Seeing the water lilies in real life was a pinch me moment. There were so many beautiful flowers on the walk from the garden to the house and we had the perfect amount of time to take them all in before boarding onto the bus back to Paris.

I booked this tour because it seemed like it would take a long time to get to Giverny from Paris. The bus was comfortable, and I enjoyed the scenery along the way. We were able to enter Monet's house and garden without waiting, and even the half-day tour was satisfying. I don't understand English, so I couldn't understand the guide's explanations, but she was very kind and considerate, which I appreciated. I wasn't sure where the Japanese audio guide was located, but it was a guide I could listen to on my phone, so it was good that I could listen to it later. I was placed in the same group as other Japanese people, which led to a wonderful encounter, and I was very happy about that.

not knowing much french, we were worried to travel outside of the major cities, but the coach and tour guide made everything really easy! we booked the guided tour but were able to go do our own thing and left the group from time to time, half day is all we needed and probably could of skipped the house, only due to the heat and amount of people in there! overall the gardens were beautiful 10/10

I went because I was invited by relatives who are currently staying in Paris. Since I had visited the Orangerie and Orsay the day before, the experience was even more moving. I'm not very knowledgeable about paintings, so I don't think I would have gone out of my way to visit if I hadn't been invited, but it was absolutely the right decision to go. It was the most memorable place of this trip!

Monet's garden is really beautiful, with flowers and plants everywhere. Since it is already autumn, some of the flowers have withered, but it does not diminish its charm. The drive takes about 1.5 hours and you can enjoy the prosperity of Paris and the simplicity of Giverny countryside with beautiful scenery. Five-star praise for the tour leader. He can speak fluent English, is talkative without getting bored, and even introduced the surrounding attractions on the way back to Paris. It's just that the price of this tour package is a bit too high, because the entrance ticket to the garden only costs 10 euros, which is not very cost-effective.

pick up point not difficult to find. bus leaves 10mins late. there was 17 ppl at my round(weekday). bus was okay but it would be much better if there would include wifi and bottle water (it was so hot in summer at the place). it takes 1.5 hrs each round and 2 hrs at Monet place which i think is enough as it’s not so big. if you would like detailed information about the place you can book the guided but i think self tour is preferred if you want more time to stroll around and take picture. you will get audio guide by scanning QR code even when you book self-guided so it’s fine. the guide,Alexandra, was helpful. she give useful information even when you on self-guided. i recommend to walk to pound garden first as it’s not much to see and then walk to the house area which is the highlights. recommend for whose who have 1 free day in Paris.

This is great! It's perfect for those who love Paris and want to try a short trip to the countryside. This tour is highly recommended. The guide was lovely.

Since the drive is quite far, we chose to take this trip with Klook. The tour bus was clean and comfortable, and the tour guide also carefully explained the information about Monet's Garden, and even welcomed us to inquire about travel information about Paris. Monet's Garden is really a very beautiful place and well worth visiting. Note that the garden is divided into two parts, and the souvenir shop is at the exit. You need to allocate your shooting time and shopping carefully!

A must-do experience for art lovers of Claude Monet! The visit to his house for a glimpse of his home life and the inspiration for his paintings is magical. Choosing a time off the main tourist season is recommended if you want to have less people photo bombing.
