The rice dumplings are not bad, but the service during pick up could be improved. Firstly, it took almost 20min for the staff to bring me the rice dumplings, while during this whole time I had to stand in the hall way near a bunch of super noisy team building group. Secondly, the staff did not tell me that the dumpling with abalone needs to go into the freezer, and there was 0 instruction on how to handle the rice dumplings upon pick up. It is not always a must, but for Fullerton I do expect better customer experience.
The rice dumpling tasted okay. There was a big abalone and mushroom inside. It came with a nice packaging.
