IMHO, this is a good tour to take on your first night in Dublin. Take notes, and take pictures in the daylight the next morning. Tour guide narrates in English over the PA system. If you wish to hear the tour in a foreign language, other languages are available.
With a lot of humor and despite the tour guide's first night tour, the tour was a complete success!
