Good to know
- Notes - *Please be sure to present your voucher on a device with internet access, such as a smartphone. *You can view your reserved voucher by logging into the Klook app/site and clicking “View Voucher” from your reservation record. *If you cannot present the voucher to the local staff on your smartphone or other device on the day, you will not be able to use the voucher. *Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the internet, and may not be accessible in locations without a WiFi environment.

They are right at the bottom of the slopes where the lifts and gondola are at. It was swift and easy and even allowed me to change from skis to snowboard mid way through my 3 day booking.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Super easy processes just submit your information online and go it and get your stuff. very quick and simply process
Equipment was decent and the process was easy, but the service was lacking. The rental clothing is dated and lacks pockets. Worse, the staff misinformed me on boot sizing and I ended up with boots that were too big, which was only caught later by my instructor. Definitely double-check your own gear fit if renting here.
Overall, it's considered good, and the price is slightly economical. If you're a beginner and not too serious, and just want a cool-looking board, then it's okay. You can also change the kit.
very convenient, just at the 1/F floor of ticket center. Service is good and flexible. Strongly recommended.
rental store is right below Happo One gondola! they have English speaking staff to assist you. it was smooth and easy!
