"Origins. Africa" - Africa, the birthplace of humanity, is the world's second-largest continent and one of the cradles of ancient human civilization. "Origins. Africa" breaks through global documentary aerial photography standards, becoming the world's first 10K live-action film with Africa as its theme. The filming team spent 1095 days, flew over 17,000 kilometers, and visited 17 countries, not only documenting world-class landscapes such as the Sahara Desert (the world's largest desert), the Nile River (the world's longest river), and the East African Rift Valley (the world's largest rift zone); but also capturing precious footage of natural landscapes listed in "100 Places to See Before They Disappear," such as Maasai Mara and Mount Kilimanjaro, which are affected by extreme climate change, and the Okavango Delta, whose ecosystem is facing severe destruction. In addition to leaving precious images of the earth for future generations, we hope that through this five-sense immersive experience, with their feet suspended as they face the magnificent scenery of Africa, passengers can deepen and awaken their environmental awareness as global citizens, planting the seeds of sustainable coexistence with the environment for ourselves and future generations.

If you have the money, I highly recommend this experience. If you have two people, it’s much cheaper as well (it was just me though). I’ve done this in Taipei and at EuropaPark theme park in Germany so it was cool to see the history of this this experience originated. Staff are friendly and speak English. Recommend using Klook and must book at least one day in advance (earlier spots are less busy). It’s a little out there location wise but I eventually found it.
Today I went to Kaohsiung I ride to experience the flight experience (5D immersive flight theater) and the immersive excitement. It feels better than taking a plane, and experience the exciting and amazing sensory experience, as if you are really flying in the sky! From the simulated flight of hearing, vision, smell, touch and body, the immersive feeling, as if you are really flying in the sky, the very realistic feeling is beyond my imagination. The novel feeling, plus the seat diving and rising flight feeling, is more exciting than the roller coaster. It feels very immersive. Following the changes in the film and television content, you can immediately feel that you are flying across the valley and shuttle through the sky. The top of the mountain sees the cloud sea curtain rushing into the sea from the sky. The whole seat suddenly dives down, with the splash of water on the screen, and the water droplets spraying from the head will spray water. I really feel like I am going to fall into the sea, but I am very happy to fly. That scene is really super realistic. The waves hit you, experience falling, vibration, breeze, and other new and real feelings. It feels like a person is flying in the air. It is very exciting, 360 degrees around, and it cannot be expressed in words. You must come and try it. This time I watched flying over the United States and flying over Africa. It felt really great. It was like people were actually flying over the United States and Africa. You must come and experience it. It is suitable for adults and children. (The whole process including the explanation takes about 20 minutes. Currently, there are only Taipei and Kaohsiung in Taiwan.) Use Klook to book convenience: Experience: Facilities: Price: Service:
Really enjoyed flying over Taiwan! It’s an amazing 5D experience :) There is a mini exhibition that you can visit while waiting or after the ride and there is an explanatory video before the ride.
Today in Kaohsiung, I experienced the RIDE flying theater, and it's the real 5D immersive kind! It felt like I was being taken into the sky and flying around; it's way more exciting than flying in an airplane (ノ>ω<)ノ✨ Not only are the visuals super stunning, but the wind, smells, water mist, the temperature of explosions, the seat diving, all come together! There were a few scenes where I really thought I was going to fall, especially when rushing into the explosion, there's heat, and when entering the giant's mouth, there's even water mist sprayed~ It's so! incredibly! real! I couldn't help but scream 🤣 Flying over towns, rushing through seas of clouds, and passing through scenes between giants is spectacular, with a 360-degree wraparound immersive experience. It feels like soaring in the sky, more thrilling than a roller coaster but without being uncomfortable. It's the kind of exhilarating feeling that makes your body automatically grip the handrails (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ It's super great that parking is easy for both cars and motorcycles here! My suggestions are: 1️⃣ Don't go on a full stomach, since the shaking is quite significant, 2️⃣ Wear closed-toe shoes, not shoes that easily fall off, 3️⃣ If you're prone to motion sickness, try to sit in the middle for less swaying🤣 Locals get discounts when buying tickets on-site, but the theater I bought tickets for didn't offer discounts. I recommend buying through other platforms for potential discounts 🥲 However, as a tech person, if you like the show, the price is acceptable because the experience is really great. The only drawback is that 15 minutes feels too short 🥺
It's a ride like Soarin' at DisneySea. The program that allows you to easily travel around Taiwan was very interesting. When you go to Qingming Shanghetu, tea and snacks are distributed before you get on the ride, and you can listen to the explanation while eating them. You can go to souvenir shops and nearby modern buildings during the waiting time, so there is no time to waste.
Booking three games at once is great fun for Giants fans and comes with commemorative tickets. It's not too exciting, but it may be a bit dizzy for some people. The staff is also very nice and will tell us what to do if we feel dizzy. Among the three, I personally like to read Declaration of War the most. The venue is not very big, but there are not many places to take photos. Book three sessions on Klook and redeem them directly at the venue, which is very convenient.
20-meter huge dome screen and ultra-immersive somatosensory flight, follow the protagonists Elian, Levi and the giants to engage in exciting battles! Japan and Kodansha jointly created the 3D version of "Attack on Titan" The Final Season Part1 animation "Attack on Titan: Declaration of War" for the first time! Taiwanese fans are the first to experience it worldwide!
2024.07.23_You should make good arrangements for the summer vacation! Use the Klook platform booking system to easily book tickets! i-Ride KAOHSIUNG flying theater to watch the first of the 12 parts of the earth - Origin·Africa, a three-dimensional space full-view flight experience, from a high-altitude soaring angle, in a huge dome, to explore the disappearing beauty of the African continent, a variety of special effects, Create a five-sense experience including audio, visual, smell and movement.
My first time in a 5D flying theater, and the staff were so friendly! The facilities were amazing, truly 5D. It really makes you scream with the movie, and when there are fireworks, you feel the heat. When you fly low over a pond, you get a fine mist of water, and when you pass through flowers, you smell their fragrance. In short, it's truly special, something words can't describe. You absolutely have to experience it for yourself!
I was deeply moved by this experience, which was an anime masterpiece 'Attack on Titan' presented by iRide. Purchasing tickets in advance through the Klook platform not only saves time, but also saves money when combined with related payment promotions, which is truly a win-win situation.
