We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

This Mt. Fuji day tour was excellent! Our tour guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, and fluent in English, making the day highly engaging. The transportation was comfortable, and the schedule was kept perfectly on time. We were lucky to get stunning, clear views of Mt. Fuji at all the key stops. Although the itinerary felt a little rush, we were able to capture good photos. Absolutely worth the money and a perfect way to see the Mt. Fuji area. Highly recommend this tour!

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

we had a very pleasant journey to see Mt. Fuji in differerent angles! Our tour guide, Mitsuya (if I remember her name correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and engaging! Our lunch was also one of a kind with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Truly a great tour!

We absolutely loved our Mt. Fuji tour! The entire experience was smooth, organized, and truly unforgettable. Seeing Mt. Fuji up close—especially with its beautiful snow-capped peak—felt magical. The views were breathtaking and every stop along the way was worth it. Our guide was friendly, informative, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Travel time was relaxing, the itinerary wasn’t rushed, and we had enough time to enjoy the scenery and take lots of photos with the family. This tour gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. Foggy day.. No mount fuji insight. But we had a great time. For us, taking pictures it's just need a little time.after that it's shopping time.. This itinerary was great. All the places had shops and the lunch was very good (kobe beef shabu-shabu). So even though we don't see any Mt. Fuji, every other place we go was great. I went Mt. Fuji before with diffrent itinerary that led you all the best photo stop. But it's too crowded and the queue was insane. So better take this one if you need more experience with Mt. Fuji and took more souvenirs instead a Pic that everyone has.

I booked an english tour for myself and I had a guide all to myself. I’m sorry for not remembering her name, I think it was Mitsuka. She was absolutely lovely and I felt really guilty for not being a more enthusiastic tourist. She also clicked such a pretty picture of mt fuji for me :) I think this trip is perfect. You get to see quite a lot in one day and the food was great. I chose the noodles and it was very yummy. The one thing I would suggest is to put clear pictures with directions on how to get to the meet up places as they dont give any point of contact, only an email which is not helpful at all. The stations in Japan were too confusing for me and the exits are hard to find. I got early to Ueno and spent 15 minutes running all over before deciding to go to the shinjuku meet up. If you’re bad with maps like me, just pick shinjuku meet up. Its a post office so its easier to find. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff are all so kind! Since I was traveling alone and the Gotemba Outlets are so huge, I got lost and was wandering around. They contacted me using the phone number I had written in the memo when I first made the reservation, so I was able to safely take the bus back to my accommodation 😭. Thanks to them, it was an unforgettable trip, and the tour itself was also a lot of fun! I wanted to see Mount Fuji, but the weather wasn't good, which was a shame 😭. Still, I enjoyed hearing all the different stories along the way!! I highly recommend this tour to other Koreans!!!!

we were lucky no clouds and we could clearly see mointain fuji. we went to 4rth station had sone snacks and later we head to the next stop for lunch we could see Mountain fuji very clear. nice staff and the translater who guid us she was very nice and explained us point to point. i recommend going there if it is your first time in Japan

We’re lucky that Mt Fuji peeked as it was foggy. Omar our guide made the trip enjoyable and the driver excellent . Kobe beef was so plenty and oishikatta that we forgot Kawaguchi lake. Had a good time and worth it.
