I made a reservation while looking for a way to get to Chiang Mai Airport from Chiang Rai in one go, and I highly recommend it. Because it is a private vehicle, it picks you up right at the resort and goes directly to Chiang Mai Airport without stopping by downtown Chiang Mai, so I recommend it to those going from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai Airport or downtown. It is more expensive than the public bus, but it is much more convenient and saves time because you don't have to worry about going from Chiang Mai Terminal to Chiang Mai Airport.
I was looking for an easy way to travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai other than the bus, and I found it. It was really convenient. They picked me up directly at the hotel and dropped me off right at the drop-off resort, so I was able to travel without worrying even if I had a lot of luggage, and the driver kept his appointment. It was a unique experience as we stopped by the Macachan Hot Springs rest area along the way.
Driver was attentive and also allowed us to take lunch first before embarking on out journey from chiang mai to chiang rai. Car journey was smooth and driver practiced safe driving. Highly recommended for car transfers from chiang mai to chiang rai.

The whole trip started really well. The staff was there to make sure we got into contact with the driver. The driver was really helpful with the luggage and even stopped for lunch. The journey was smooth and the van was really comfortable. It was so convenient to get from point A to point B with all our luggage. A highly recommended service. I will totally book this service again if needed.
Our driver was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, also humerous. He told us stories and tell jokes about the attractions. The planning of the trip was done well, we spend quality time in each location and didn't feel hurried. We managed to fit in 4 attractions at a good pace and enjoyed our day tour very much. Highly recommended if you have a spare day in Chiang Rai.
