Reviews
We missed our train not because we were late but because we were not able to find the train ticket embedded in the email. There was also no tour guide in the meeting area. The customer assistance opens at 8am and so no one assisted us. We end up buying new 1 way train ticket to Barcelona and rode a taxi to the next designated area. I recommend that there customer service should be open earlier, clearer instruction in the email regarding train tickets and there should be a tour guide in the designated area of meet up for proper guidance. The tour guide, Macala ( if I remember it right) was very kind and informative and he also served as our photopgrapher.😉
The excursion was nearly missed, resulting in being labeled as a no-show with no possibility of a refund. The vendor provided a plethora of detailed instructions, yet issued an invalid train ticket. Upon arrival at Puerta de Atchoa Restaurante Arroceia, there was no tour guide present. It was only upon reaching Estacio de Sants (Barcelona) by McDonald's that the tour guide was finally met. Regrettably, all contact numbers provided by the vendor were unreachable; their office hours commence at 8 am. The train bound for Barcelona departs at 7:25 am. The sole functional contact number is +34603711184, belonging to the agent named Alberto. Fortunately, a family of four was also part of the same tour, proficient in Spanish and having received a missed call from Alberto 24 hours prior to the trip. The tour guide exhibited exceptional organization and amiability. However, the vendor's overall performance was lacking. It is recommended for future reference to furnish valid train tickets and reachable contact numbers prior to departure; all contact numbers listed in the email were unresponsive, with the office opening at 8 am. The train departs at 7:25 am.
