The spicy hot pot beef is very good, the soup is also great, leisurely and delicious, but the Dazhong Pool went upstairs after I checked in and found out that it was closed that day

The spring water is authentic, the hot springs are suitable, the bathing facilities are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and dedicated. Next time I go to Jiaoxi, I plan to book this hotel to soak in the hot springs!

The service staff is friendly, parking is convenient and there is no extra charge. The bathroom space is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is no steam or oven. I hope that the bathroom will have lotion and other supplies in the future. The rest is very good👍

I spontaneously decided to enjoy a hot spring and luckily booked a private hot spring at the Kirin Hotel. The actual hot spring room wasn't that big, but the experience exceeded expectations! And all the service staff were great. While waiting for the elevator, they proactively informed us that there were free snacks and coffee available in the public area on the first floor! Friendly service.

A very nice onsen ryokan, I would recommend staying overnight next time.

I had high expectations for the Jiaoxi hot springs. However, I absolutely do not recommend the two-person hot spring bath that doesn't include a guest room. I was shocked when I opened the door and went inside. It was extremely cramped, the toilet was in the same space, and the hot spring water was only lukewarm. I had sent reservation emails for 10-11 AM three times, but the desk staff said it wouldn't be available until 4 PM, which was very frustrating. I had specifically traveled from Taipei by bus, and we eventually got in at 12 PM, a bit delayed. The bath itself wasn't very clean either. I don't think I'll be visiting again. If you plan to visit, please make sure to call for a reservation.

Overall, it's okay; met expectations.
