Delivery information

Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

Fast net speed, and the price is affordable! Data is shareable, I was able to use it while the main phone (my husband’s) is using it too. The only downside- the data is not unlimited, that’s why it’s cheap, leas than Php300 for 7days! also, we found it “not user-friendly”, since it’s a little bit complicated to set up compared to a traditional travel sim that we can just insert and use right away. We still preffer the traditional “plug & play” type of travel sim over this, although this is not bad at all.
so easy to use and activate. signal has been so good all around Europe. it is my 2nd time purchasing this service and it does not disappoint. i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy an esim for their trip.
this is a must. very useful since we travelled 4 countries (6 cities) in Europe. i did not worry about losing internet signals. the best.

Compared to other eSIM cards, this Airalo eSIM card requires the extra steps of downloading the app, configuration, and set up. After this was done, the activation was rather easy. Signal was strong, coverage was good, price was right. Recommended!
can follow the instructions given, download the app, and activated from India itself, when we reached Finland then it became active and have good range in Finland.

It's easier to use this eSIM than I thought. From the instructions, I felt it would be difficult to install. And also because I installed it in my iPhone before I land on my destination, so it showed me eSIM wasn't activated yet. But it worked very well once it connected to the local network after I arriveed. and I just need to turned it on without setting anything. And it is easy to checking its data usage in the airalo account, no worries about over spending.
