The driver and guide were both very into the show. It was more like a stand-up talk how with good singing and singing than a scary ghost train. We liked this trip very much. The only pity was that we went on this day around the summer solstice and the sun was too bright. It’s late to go down the mountain. It is not recommended for people with below average English skills to participate because they speak very quickly and always quote scriptures. We are very familiar with British history, so we enjoyed this performance very much.
Great fun with "John Doe" and "Bob the driver". Don't expect this to be a serious educational trip! A hilarious, high energy tour of York's ghostly landmarks. 100% put in by the "staff". Off the bus when it "broke down" was a highlight. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe a better mic as sometimes it was difficult to hear "John" during some of the madness. Probably best for native English speakers. We came away with smiles on our faces.
