What to expect
Bask in the warm afternoon sun as you embark on a cultural tour around the old town of Phuket. After an easy pick up at your hotel or meet up at CC's Hideaway, you'll make your way to Wat Koh Siray, a temple situated on the hilltop of the island, offering fantastic views of the harbor below. After paying a visit to the reclining Buddha in the temple, head to Phang Nga road to officially start your heritage tour. Along the way, you'll pass by Phuket's very first hotel - On On Hotel - as well as art galleries, shops, gardens, and cafes. Explore the fresh market and discover an array of tropical fruit and local snacks. During your tour, you'll also make a stop at the Chinpracha House, a Sino-Portuguese style mansion that has since been repurposed as a museum. Enjoy amazing views of Phuket when you travel to a scenic viewpoint, until you end your tour at a famous Thai restaurant where you'll be served traditional local dishes as you gaze upon the city below.

Our afternoon commenced with a complimentary hotel pick up from Karon, short transfer to the foot hills where CCs Hideaway Retreat is located, a quiet relaxed yoga retreat. Our tour guides Nim and Kong went above and beyond to ensure my parents (60s) and myself had a comfortable, adventurous, enjoyable experience on this tour. Temple tour, history about the famous multi generation monks and the royal family. Local food tasting at the famous Sunday markets in Old Phuket town, which included 2 streets of foods, local trade items and local artists performing. in recent years the markets have expanded to a 2nd street, the orginal Street remains very crowded but full of tastes and smells not to be missed. After the markets we were taken to a local hilltop restaurant overlooking Kata, Karon and Patong for authentic Thai cuisine that tantalised the taste buds, than comfortably deposited back at resort with full stomachs. Can not express how great this tour was for us. Thank you.
A very good experience! Our guide is very friendly and nice🤩 and the group size of the tour is great (5-6 of us). She helped to take a lot of photos!! The views are nice! The food is nice! And the whole experience is perfect!!
This tour was part of CC’s Hideaway activities. While it leaned more towards a relaxed sightseeing experience rather than the guided, history-focused tour I had anticipated, it was thoroughly enjoyable. The guide and group were wonderful company, making the outing absolutely delightful. The dinner was set in a stunning location, and we had the opportunity to try a generous variety of delicious local dishes.
Our guides and driver were the highlights of the tour! Manee and Kung were the funniest, most knowledgeable and entertaining guides we’ve met in a long time! Taee the driver was helpful and kind. Loved the market and the restaurant. Will definitely look for them again when my family and I are in Phuket again.
