- Disinfecting all the massage equipment
- Wash hand before and after treatment

- Important: Please confirm if you make booking for same day booking, you must book 3 hours before the treatment time
- If you are staying at hotel, please confirm with your hotel if the private massage therapists are allowed to enter prior to booking this voucher
- Please inform the hotel receptionist that you have an appointment with the therapist at the specified date and time. No refunds will be issued if the therapists arrive late or are not allowed to enter the hotel due to not complying with booking guidelines

It's my 3rd time booking Max spa, twice in Jakarta and once in Surabaya. I enjoyed the ones in Jakarta but not so much in Surabaya, think it depends on the therapist skills as well. The score is for the one I did in Surabaya.
