Φανταστικό The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The hallways are very cool. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants all around. Great area.

ΚαλόΈμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια
As someone who travels frequently and relies heavily on accurate listings, I was disappointed by my experience here. The location itself was excellent. The woman working in the office-was genuinely kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
I must've mistakenly booked a room that I swore advertised a pool and beach view, but it turns out that listing must have belonged to a different hotel. Because of that, we chose not to stay. Even if the listing had been correct, the condition of the property made the decision easy-the hotel was extremely dirty and in clear need of serious upkeep.
What's most frustrating is that despite not staying, the hotel refused to issue a refund.
They insisted that I "did not see what I saw" online, which is both dismissive and unprofessional. For a place in such rundown condition, keeping a guest's money under those circumstances is unacceptable. A reputable establishment would never operate that way. Mind you the woman and the desk told me I would only be charged for the first night if I decided not to stay.
Nice location-but the property itself and the management's refusal to do right by their guests make this a place I cannot recommend. They ought to be ashamed of conducting business like that.
