The location was perfect 3 blocks from the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again!

Cool hotel in a great location, very walkable. many restaurants options within walking distance. Grounds of hotel were nice, room was clean. Great for adults and families. Will definitely book again.

Manny members of front desk staff looked perpetually annoyed when we needed to interact with them. Asking for extra towels Saturday morning was greeted with annoyed looks, no help and no towels. (Room had 3 for family of four). Some members of staff were friendly but a handful of bad apples.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable when we asked to leave our luggage at the reception at checkout. The property is really nice, very clean and we enjoy our stay.

I would not recommend paying for their parking. The parking policy was not clearly explained anywhere in the description. After already paying, I was informed that if I left the lot for any reason, I would have to pay again to re-enter, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and needed to leave unexpectedly. Because of this policy, I lost the parking spot I had already paid for and was unable to return without being charged again. The situation became stressful enough that I had to sleep in my car for a while until my wife woke up so we could make sure the vehicle was safe.
In the end, we left in the middle of the night and didn’t even stay for the full time we originally paid for. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the parking situation made for a very disappointing experience overall.
