This property closes the main attraction, Hanok Village

Comfortable rooms and an unbeatable location. Worth staying here for the location alone. However, the amenities leave something to be desired. Nothing opens early in Jeonju and the hotel breakfast options are buffet or nothing. So if you are the sort of person who just has something light and a coffee, you can either way overpay for a buffet or starve until things start opening in town at 11ish. Additionally, the hotel gym opens quite late and it's kept at sauna temperature with no ventilation or air movement. I'm shocked they don't regularly have people passing out down there (that's right it's also in the basement. So the no ventilation thing is no joke). I ask if the temperature could be lowered to somewhere in the 20s rather than the high 30s and staff made no effort to help. In general staff was rude and unhelpful. Thankfully we were able to minimize our interactions with them. It was overall a nice hotel and I would return given the location, but for nothing else.

Good central hotel close to Hanok village, restaurants bars convenience stores all close. Only thing with check in, we arrived 2.30 check in 3, they ask everyone to wait until 3 so at 3 o’clock so when open it is chaos all check in, so then it took about an hour in line for us to get to room, stupidity on every level, just let people access their room if available like every other hotel does around the world, or is this a thing for South Korea or just this hotel very very bad way to start visit needs to be addressed, apart from terrible check in everything else good

Excellent location, friendly staff and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely be back again.

Confusing check-in process. We arrived at 1230 and front told us to return 1430 to check-in. So we returned to front desk at 1430 to check -in, but now were told we must make appointment with a PRE-check-in person before going to front desk. So we waited until PRE check person received permission to allow us to go to front desk to check in. Staff was courteous. Hotel location was great. Room was nice and clean. TV was confusing to operate. A/C was not working

Modern hotel. Breakfast OK. Slow check in

The staff was really nice and friendly but the room seemed a bit run down. The bathroom door handle kept falling off.
