The property is nice and clean with well furnished rooms and close to mall. Two suggestions one is that the receptionist need to be more friendly. For example explain to the customers the amenities and the services that are offered by the hotel and the near by attractions. The second is that after 5 pm it is way too loud in the lobby like you can't hear if you are calling someone or if you want to request something from the concierge. Other than that it is good

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Great facilities and executive lounge well worth the extra payment as very relaxing and nice food throughout the day. Staff were ok but hospitality was not exceptional and they were sometimes slow to react when things were busy. Great Japanese restaurant with lovely staff and food with no booking needed. Blu Bar was overpriced and not good value. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

Front desk staff is helpful and attentive to meet my needs

Staff is very humble, good food and nice place to be for holidays

Room was unavailable at check in time. Had to wait an hour at the bar. Was given a welcome drinks coupon for the wait. We placed our orders and they had to come to us and said the drinks we selected were unavailable twice. When we finally checked in, the lock for the body soap wasn't locked on properly and the body soap fell of the holder. The bathroom also had a dead cockroach. The room was clean thankfully and the bedsheets were too.

Some PowerPoints in the room don’t work. Otherwise all gd

Walking distance to Pavillion. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Carpark available to those driving (Basement and multistorey). Valet parking available too.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel has some issues. We were traveling with our toddler so wanted to spend slot of our time around the pool but the pool is not heated or temp controlled, so is freezing cold all the time and because of its orientation, the entire area never gets any sun. Also the breakfast is fairly average for the cost. Overall it’s an ok place to stay if you’re out doing day trips all the time but if you’re going to spend a lot of your time in the hotel, it’s fairly expensive for what you get, and it’s level of advertised luxury is not worth the price you pay. But have to say again, the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and super friendly.

Superb hotel, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Beautiful club lounge. Great staff and service. Loved the pool area on 10th floor.

Very good
