Rooms are small and the washrooms were RV style which we expected. We enjoyed our stay here.

Although it mentions on website that there is AC, we found it was only in hallway but not in room even when we asked receptionist to turn colder. A fan, however, was provided. I would not suggest this for anyone bigger or for anyone with higher accessibility needs. There is no lift available. And the rooms are very small, between the bathroom and bed we had to turn sideways to fit. The view was amazing but windows are not able to be opened.

Clean and compact room. Did what was required. Only down side was the coffee machine at reception was getting cleaned at 7.30am just when it was needed. Why not clean it during the night.

Room was clean. We had a room with no window, and very small, which was expected. Issues were you could hear everything from neighboring rooms...to the extreme of their telephone conversations. The mattress was completely worn out and unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. The location is best thing about this property .

Henry was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. We had a large amount of luggage, and Henry went above and beyond to help us with everything, making what could have been a stressful arrival completely effortless. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist in any way possible truly stood out. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Henry is a real asset to the team, and his exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Henry, for making our visit so easy and enjoyable!

Not stayed in an Easy Hotel before but unlikely to do so again, on arrival needed to buzzed in as reception was upstairs, first experience was of a hall smelling of damp and then greeted in the smallest reception ever by someone who asked me to share all my personal data as part of registration, which I refused as this not justifiable. Room was the smallest I have ever seen, the bed filled all but the entrance and shower cubicle. Sound proofing was poor as I was able to listen to a conversation held on the phone in the room next door. Amenities are awful, to get a glass of water you have to go to reception, air con is controlled by reception, no space in room to hang up clothes. Wont be going back.

The rooms are extremely tiny and really only good if you’re just planning to sleep there and spend no time in the room. They don't let you control your own AC so the rooms are very warm, they did provide a fan but it took hours to get it. The bathroom is super super tiny and the shower and toilet are basically together. They also don’t do room cleaning unless you pay an extra fee so you don’t get new towels. The bed is extremely hard and there are limited plugs in the room. You also cannot open more than one suitcase at a time. The view is the only thing that makes the room worth it.

Very clean and compact . Didn’t have the greatest view but only spent a night there. Helpful staff. Had a lovely stay but was on my own in the room , maybe if two people for a longer period it may not have been so suitable . Loved the fact I could leave my heavy rucksack at a minimal expense pre room allocation at 3. Gave me the chance to enjoy the city without hassle.
Honestly loved the bijou room . Perfectly situated .
