Loved this place. The only feedback is the pool closes at 6 pm everyday. They do that for security reasons. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

This is a Mini “Four Seasons” hotel! Our only one complaint was the Restaurant staff was very forgetful about items we ordered and some of our food took way too long. However, their service attitude was great.

The hotel is considered a boutique hotel, however it was more along the lines of a resort hotel. The lobby is grand, the courtyard is beautiful, the rooms are awesome, prime location, the food at the restaurant was also great. I booked this hotel because i wanted to swim and the pool was on the roof top, so I was very disappointed to see the pool was somewhat small, often crowded and the water always looked green. I checked everyday, thinking it would be remedied in the early morning, but it was not, and I never found it appealing enough to try. Besides the issue with the pool, I found the hotel extremely satisfactory. I would recommended it for anyone wanting a lovely experience as long as it does not include going for a swim.

Great location, lovely rooms and friendly and helpful staff! If you're coming for Cinco de Mayo the location is right on the parade route, and you can watch from a table in the third-floor dining room! This hotel is a bargain by US standards!
