It is surrounded by Broadway houses and Central Park is just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has 100 apartments and 30 studios. It is fully air-conditioned and offers a 24-hour check-out, lift access, Internet access, and a laundry service. Each unit offers a TV in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, and dryer, wooden flooring. A hairdryer, a telephone, a radio, a hi-fi system, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, tea-making facilities, an ironing set, and a king-size bed all come as standard.
