Φανταστικό I loved the quaint building g and sympathetic decor. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated all of it. A good sleep, too!

Καλό Nice airy lobby, kind staff and cool artwork on the first floor stairwell. It is incredibly close to Paddington Station, which is a great thing for getting around the city and a not so good thing in that you can feel the underground trains vibrating the building. There is no A/C in the rooms and you need to be comfortable with stairs all the way up to the 4th floor to use the shared bathroom. If it wasn't so hot in the city I probably wouldn't have had an issue with this next item, but for the bedding, there was only a fitted sheet and the duvet, no flat sheet. I like to have the option of all 3, especially when it is so hot with no A/C it's nice to just sleep with the fitted sheet and kick off the duvet.

The location of the hotel is great, as is the art in the corridors and the level of cleanliness. The only downside was that the television remote control was incredibly dirty, but this was an outlier: everything else was very clean and tidy. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable. There is a free water dispenser in reception, which is useful, also a (paid) coffee machine and snack fridge.

Excellent place.
Well ventilated- a very pleasant surprise for a London hotel.
Great mattress & pillows, quiet, slept well.
Beautiful unique decor, very clean.
Loved the hand soap,
Elizabeth on reception was so pleasant & helpful, as were all staff I encountered.

The hotel is extremely well located for Paddington station. It is clean with comfy beds. The shower was a bit of a challenge (got blasted with cold water before the hot water came through) and our room was in the basement so manoeuvring the cases up/down the narrow stairs was not easy. However staff were very helpful and friendly. Not a bad stop for a night or two. :)

Κάτω του μέσου όρου Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London.
At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.
