The room was nice and made good use of the fridge. My only disappointment was at check in (which wasmt easy) and the shower doors which were broken so i couldnt close them

This is not a hotel.... It's a hostel. Falsely advertised, no reception desk requiring self check-in.
Email to enter the main door was sent to myself at 17:15, when check-in was room 15:00
When entering the room, we were greeted with a double bed when asked for two single beds.
Called the help desk, who were so very unhelpful and very rude.
I would advise others to be cautious when thinking of spending their money on a stah in this "hotel"

Φανταστικό Lovely clean room, spacious and comfortable, great views from 3rd floor corner window. Great central location for bars, restaurants and all the sights.

Nothing wrong with room itself but fact I got no instructions about entry then had the hassle of contacting them was a pain. One of our rooms was a double rather than two singles. Also, TV did not work and no cups for bathroom or tea.

Υπέροχα It might not be everyone’s taste but the room was comfortable and the shower fantastic, friendly people in the hotel and many drunk and hard on there luck people outside

My father and brother stayed here for a stag weekend. It was clean but they were shocked to find that there was no heating or hot water on the second day and because of this, they had to have cold showers and since returning home my father is really poorly, as are lots of the party. The hotel said to email as they would give a discount but there is no email address. The area around the hotel was unsafe and they were told by the taxi driver that it’s the most dangerous part of Hamburg. We would like something back as a form of compensation.
