ΥπέροχαΈμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για αναψυχή
1. I booked through Expedia. Price was very good value for money.
2. Confusion about whether the Expedia Itinerary # was sufficient for check in, or whether an Ion Delemon Booking No. was required.
3. Card key didn't work the first time, causing inconveniece.

Υπέροχα Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service.
When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot.
