Located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Córdoba, these apartments have a lot to offer. The facility seems like brand new, the units are comfortable and refreshing with light colors, hihg ceilingd and plenty of glass windows. Central climatisation and appliance are incluided. The staff goes the extra mile to make your stay feel the best experience

This is one of the best experience that Ive had as a traveler. You can't get a better deal in such a neatly clean and modern facility. The 2 bedroom apartment is big and comfortable, plenty of windows with a view and access to an interior courtyard. Everything is amazing in there, since the warm greeting at the reception to the amazing feeling of minimalism, high celings and the most exclusive neighborhood in Cordoba. Todo genial. La recepcionista muy amable y servicial. Nos dio una solución de manera rápida respecto a un tema de la reserva online que no fue culpa de los apartamentos. El servicio de limpieza muy bueno, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Nos fuimos muy contentos y seguro que volveremos.

Good efficiency apartment for a stay in the Cordoba area without having to pay the high prices of hotels in the city. Quiet, clean, helpful staff.

I would NEVER stay here again. This is an apartment complex located way outside, in the outskirts of Córdoba. It is not convenient at all if you wish to visit the city centre, Mezquita, or go to a restaurant or any stores, etc. It is not even possible to walk anywhere, it is so far away. Taxis charge an extra €5 to come pick you up at the complex. The room/apartment is located in a strange setting where you have to take two elevators and go down 2 hallways. The apartment itself was very cold, the heater only worked in some rooms. The sofa was old and dingy. The towels were worn, dingy and had hair on them. The shower water turned cold after 1 person took a quick shower. There was no hair dryer or iron. Other than the one in the bathroom, there are no mirrors in the apartment. The bedroom lights were very dim. We were told to take out the garbage ourselves! The lock on one of the windows did not work and being on the ground floor we felt unsafe. The hallways were pitch dark and you needed to find the switch in the blackness to turn it on. When we arrived at the complex we were told that we had no reservation, we made it online through Hotels.com. After a bit of research we were told there is a reservation through Expedia. Two out of three of the ladies at the front desk were nice but there was one with dark hair who was not nice at all. I would not recommend this apartment complex at all especially with children and without a car.

Distance from Cordoba Centro but easy by local bus 11 direct for only €1.30 one way. Great value for 1 bed apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Good continental breakfast included with fresh juices and fantastic coffees, though late start of 9am Outlook from unit onto central courtyard a little bleak and unit dark with security blinds down. Safe car parking behind complex, though street parking also available Comfortable stay.

The apartments are fine. It's a very quite and safe neighborhood. There is a nearby (5 minute walk) to the nearest bus stop. The bus can take you to the historic center. Employees are extremely nice. The apartments are clean. No luxuries. In general, we were satisfied.
