If you are looking for a secluded, quiet Tuscany villa, don't hesitate to book Le Anfore. The grounds are gorgeous, our room was very clean with good air conditioning and plenty of towels. We even discovered a mini fridge on the second day tucked into the tv cabinet. Breakfast included freshly baked (filled) croissants, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit, meats, cheese, yogurt and a few other things. Just enough to get you going for the day. We also ate two dinners in the property, which were quite good. The property produces its own wine, olive oil and bottled water, which were all delicious. We ate all our meals under a stunning natural canopy that you need to see in person. The pool and deck chairs are lovely and we spent a long morning enjoying them after our walk to a beautiful waterfall tucked away in the forest (ask for directions as the sign is not helpful). Overall, staying at Le Anfore was the highlight of our trip in Italy. We received such good care from Sergei, Julia and especially Yves, who was always eager to share his knowledge about the property and many other topics. Some comments about staff not speaking English are perfectly accurate, but why should we expect everyone in the world to know English? We managed to communicate with everyone working there through a combination of our limited Italian, German, French, English, some hand gestures and a smile. There was also a resident cat named Princess and the cutest puppy named Luna, who made our day!

Very good eating. Beautiful location. Lovely pool. Good furniture and eating conditions on terrace among the olives and wonderful views. Excellent service from very restricted staff - chef Marco and factotum Monia. Nice comfort room. Easy access to Sarteano and Citta della Pieve as well as autostrada.

This property was so amazing! So beautiful and the staff and owner were wonderful.

Liked every second that we spent there. The people that work here are so nice. Anna was so awesome!!! We will be back here for sure. Food and wine were outstanding!!!!

Beautiful location. Very quiet and tranquil. Pool is very nice. Exactly what we needed for some rest. Food at restaurant onsite was fantastic.

Was a Great place, we stayed three days as my wife was under the weather. I had a great time walking, place is very nice. Anna was outstanding always working with a smile, chef was very good. I would recommend this place would stay again if in the area.

Lovely situation and swimming pool. Excellent Tuscany soup and past No tea or coffee in room. No one spoke any English - italien or Russian spoken.
