The staff was amazing, amenities were amazing, the benefits from my Expedia level were great, only gripe I have was the shower curtain was a little moldy (would have been more of a problem if we stayed more than 1 night). Aside from that, amazing location and would definitely recommend!

Really loved this hotel. Location was perfect, room was larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Can be loud outside, but couldn’t hear it from my room.
Really appreciated they had slippers in my size (30cm)

Excellent place to stay, and really close to Dontoburi canal. Pay attention to the keychain thing.. or you won't be able to turn on your lights!

Close to most things like the train station, restaurants, shopping and Dotonbori but still quiet at night. Convenience store right next door for a quick snack

Υπέροχα Great location. However there is a putrid smell of smoke in the corridor of non smoking floors. It also feels more like a hostel than a hotel given the amenities and younger demographic of guests.
