Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff were all friendly and approachable. They were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities, despite staying in 40 degree temperatures the air conditioning was sufficient!

Small room We arrived after 7pm and hotel Resturant was fully booked - Got back to room around 10pm - there was live music in the courtyard (Pitt room faced the courtyard) Loud music - unable to block out Called reception she said it was on till 11pm -gave us some ear plugs and then asked if we wanted to move rooms - we said no as we already in bed This should be communicated on the website , when booking the room - we we only there 1 night after a long drive from Folkstone - I would not have booked it had realised , so be ware and ask hotel - this was Sat night - Breakfast was ok No parking on site

I can not think of one thing I'd change about this hotel! It's beautiful...from the lobby to the restaurant to the giant patio and the rooms. Location puts you in a very walkable position to get to all of the highlights of Strasbourg. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our standard room was giant and beautiful with L'Occitane products and a bed that I wanted to stay in all day. The breakfast included everything you can think of with first class quality. Cocktails were inventive and the dinner rivaled anywhere we ate in the region. I'm ready to go back and recommend this hotel enthusiastically!

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, the staff are so nice, the restaurant and bar are wonderful, and the rooms are lovely , clean and have AC . I would highly recommend this for a couple staying, the food in the hotel is really good.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a fantastic city. Well located steps away from the heart of old town. Superb breakfast and many thanks to the generous staff that kept our son away from his food allergies. They made sure he had plenty of options. A special touch was giving us snacks for his trip back. The bar snacks are also outstanding. The only slight negative was that the junior suite we had was under the roof and had slanted ceilings. So, we wish we had more room.
