Overhyped. I chose it for the rooftop bar and pool. Bar has limited selection of drinks, and pool, few spaces available for such a big hotel, hardly any chance to get anywhere near if you don't book it in advance (no idea how to). It's good, but not as good as it seems. Go without a rooftop options somewhere closer to old town

The pool was beautiful, they let me do a late check out and also kept my luggage for me once my room was up, they have a tattoo shop, so many great amenities. I love it there definitely recommend!!

Great restaurant and great pool bar.

Views, breakfast, room, and the building itself was amazing. By far one of the best hotel stays I have had. The staff were also very nice.

Room is clean. Tram stop is just outside of the hotel. Very good breakfast

Hotel is pretty big and the floor plan was a little confusing as you needed to take different lifts depending on where you were going. Signage could be improved. Really impressed with the gym. Had a big selection of machines and weights (probably one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've been in). Rooftop bar and pool were really standout; great outdoor space with views over the city towards the Duomo. Worth staying here just for the rooftop. Drinks at the bar were VERY expensive though. Location was good: took abnout 10/15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. Tram stop to/from airport directly outside. Room was nice: good size, cool design, big/comfortable bed, decent bathroom, free coffee/water. Overall, good value (esp. considering the rooftop pool) and a really good place to stay.

I liked the vibe of the hotel. I didn’t like how far it was from the city center. Also we used the pool one time and there were no pool towels even after asking for some and waiting 2 hours.

Hip hotel in Florence. It’s an eclectic mix of students and tourists at the hotel. The location is convenient. A short walk to the train station and easy access to historic Florence. The free laundry machines were a nice bonus in the middle of our trip through Italy.

There's a lot going on in this hotel - but don't let it overwhelm you! Glorious rooftop deck and pool. Stunning courtyard. The room was well-appointed and a highlight was getting a tattoo done at the hotel.
