Found a dead cockroach in my room!

The breakfast buffet really nice!

Horrible place to stay. Old and ancient like property. Stained carpets, peeling of paint, stains in the bathroom and bad smell in the corridor. Don’t go by its pics on the site and reviews. All fake. It was shocking that in today’s day and age you could come across such a room and false claims on the website. Don’t know how they managed a 4 and a half star. The rooms are old and outdated to the core so much so that it’s falling apart. To that the staff has only one line to say that it’s 38 years old. Well do some maintenance!! It’s says casino but it’s not opened yet, it says restaurants on site but they r all closed, says laundry facilities but there are none !! The breakfast buffet is a joke !! And nothing else is around this area , so pls don’t stay here. Nobody at front desk or otherwise understand or speak English so difficult to talk . And if u lose ur room key they charge u 10000 won ! Ha ha

Do NOT be fooled by the ratings. I paid more to stay at a clean hotel. Places priced at 20% or less would have been cleaner. Outdated hotel needing total renovation especially in the rooms. Upgrade to ocean view was needed but appreciated and expressed at check in. Overwhelmed with the condition of the room, can not express in words. Please consider other hotels at lower price which will be more accommodating. FYI…could not take a proper shower as mold and mildew from the shower curtain to shower fixtures prevented

Here’s a polished version of your review: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. We are very grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate us.

Clean & spacious room. Has bath tub is a big bonus after long day. Bed & pillows not the most comfortable. No coffee or tea in the room. Free Bottle water. Didn’t get an ocean view 😜

제주시내에 위치하고 바다 앞이라 산책과 식사가 편리함

I stayed one night, before early flight from Jeju airport. Lovely spacious and clean room. With view of the fountains outside. The staff were very helpful with calling a cab for the airport and making sure I could pay for it with my UK bank card. Perfect stop for access to the airport.

Amazing front desk staff. They all helped us with a few luggage issues and always kind :)
