Unfortunately, this is a horrible experience. I had better experience at the Waldorf. They said they were gonna send us breakfast in the morning as we paid for it. It wasn’t sent. We paid for two nights meanwhile only stayed one night. They refused to give us a refund although we only stayed for six hours yet we were charged $700 with no breakfast and we paid breakfast for two nights.

I love this hotel. Staff are great when checking in and at breakfast. Location's amazing. You can walk over to the mall, and my room had a great view of the city. Haven't got a bad thing to say about it.
