Good comfortable hotel for a night or two.
Two minutes from the main station in Potsdam. Didn't use their breakfast, just had a quick snack at the station.
Would be better to have a key card for the doors and for the lift going up as well for security reasons.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. There were no hot options. My room had a musty moldy smell. I had to open the window every day.

This is as a pseudo-self service hotel. The check-in process for foreigners (non-German) was a struggle given the required information that was not collected at time of booking.
The room was adequate for value, but it had to be aired out as a previous guest must have been smoking in the room.
Communication with the front desk was curt and unwelcoming.
I won't rush back.
