I have stayed at milano multiple times. This was the best stay at the property. The unit was very spacious, well resourced, quiet and very clean. The front desk personnel were polite and helpful. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Everything was great: the location, cleanliness, and housekeeping, except for the intercom, which was very difficult to use. I had to go down to pick up my boyfriend every time, which he complained about.

Apartment was a little more run down than presents in the promo.... No handle on the bathroom vanity tap and the kitchen utensils were severely lacking.. no wine glasses 2 knives and 1 fork...OK for me as I was only staying 1 night.

The staff were unhelpful and not pleasant. The room was fair, but has seen better days. It was very tired. The towels had stains on them. The range hood over the stove top fell out of the casing The garage shoot was so small it took a lot of effort to dispose of.
