was a great location in rome

The hotel is in an excellent location. But beware! Receptionist hours barely exist. Amenities listed free breakfast and 24 hour transport to airport for surcharge. Breakfast free or otherwise was not provided and when I inquired about the transport I was told taxis are available. The room was dirty and the bathroom door did not close completely. The rain shower was moldy and unusable.

Property location is of course great because it's right off the Panteon. Our room however had a cutout that lead directly to the room next to us. I think a cable box was supposed to be there, but that had fallen down so you could actually see into the adjointing room. It was not ideal for our honeymoon.

Great location, walk anywhere in central Rome. Staff helpful.

STEER CLEAR!!!! Upon arriving, I found a filthy dirty bathroom without the svcs Expedia mentioned on their site, no desk, no private check in, 1 bottle of water in the minibar, a dirty toilet and sink and no free breakfast. Management did zero to help mollify the situation. The hotel was more like a dirty youth hostel. A very bad customer experience that was misrepresented by both RELAIS and EXPEDIA.

Very difficult to check in

This stay was problematic and please contact us for some refund of our payment. The room had mice coming from under the door from the hallway. Also we were promised breakfast I. The advertising and even asked in the instructions for the room to complete breakfast selection but the rude lady at the desk first day said no breakfast is offered.

Don’t go to this place. This is not a hotel, is a set of rooms for rent whoI had a long flight and arrived very tired.

Really fun location! One block from pantheon. Awesome staff. Well worth the price!

If I could give a property under a 1* thos would be it! The property never communication to us. Its pitched itself as a boutique hotel - on entering we found a stack of garbage cans lined up, then we took a set of stairs, entered a code and there was no lobby but a desk type thing. On the first night we both attempted to take showers, my husband is 6'3 Im 5'6, the protuding lighting over the tub ( there is no shower, only a shower attachment with 2 sides of plexiglass) kept bumping into us. Eventually I perched on the corner of said tub and used the shower attachment. The lights flicked on and off through the night even though we switched them off. When I went to charge my phone, the exposed wiring scared me so much that I just left it. I instantly contacted Expedia who pretended it was nothing to do with them. I asked for the ££££ back so we could get a new hotel and after Expedia themselves could not contact anyone and sent an email we were told the 'hotel' would not refund the money. This property is a complete scam!
