The location of the hotel on the board walk is amazing but honestly for the money we paid, you can have an Oceanview Penthouse at Port O Call further down on the boardwalk. We stayed in a Promanade that had a view of the parking lot, the view was not described online. The entire hotel appeared to be empty so I am not sure why a room with a better view wasn’t available. Also for the hotel being so empty, the communal spaces weren’t as clean as you would think.
The outdoor pool has a view of the rides which went did enjoy looking at.
Overall it was a nice hotel but for us and what we like in a shore hotel, we would go else where next time.

The Flanders was clean, the rooms were very nice. Only complaint was that shower nozzle was very low pressure
