All

All of the employees we encountered provided excellent service. They went above and beyond our expectations, making our stay truly memorable. We feel very lucky and grateful for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so enjoyable!

We were a group of three families traveling the Philippines together and we chose Henann Palm Beach Resort since the hotel is centrally located in Station 2 on Boracay. The hotel is located in the middle of all of the action along the beach and it can be busy in the evenings. The amenities are great with multiple pools, a swim up pool bar and a roof top pool and bar, a large restaurant and comfortable rooms. The staff was great and I must give a special recognition to Al, as he went out of his way to make our stay amazing. Also, Ms. Reyes was another amazing staff member that was so pleasant and kind. I have given the hotel less than a 5 star rating due to the breakfast buffet. The selection was not very appealing and the selection was limited for a hotel of this quality. A survey of the three families traveling together, the restaurant was the biggest disappointment. However, there is plenty of food choices outside of the onsite dining. I would highly recommend booking Henann Resorts for your transportation from the airport to the island.

We had a wonderful stay at Henann . The staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was delicious with great variety. The pool bar staff were amazing ! I have been recommending Hennan as a fantastic place to stay! 10/10 . Thankyou

The pool outside your room The buffet in front of the beach is heaven

Superb staff, especially in the restaurant! Oscar was absolutely amazing and attentive! Our room was superb. Nice welcome snack and drink! The boat shuttle is very well organized. When you exit the airport just look for the Hennan logo sign. They take it from there.

Id say it was one of the better places to stay on white beach. Easy access to everything and the pool areas were great. We had the beach view room which was perfect.
