Effective hotel. Very much worth the $. A little odd that restraunt is not open, they do serve breakfast but take it to your room. Odd but turned out to be convenient. Cannot complain considering price.

Υπέροχα Decent place but the toilet seat I would never sit on. Nasty and the room wreaked of a smoker so they had to spray

Κάτω του μέσου όρου The staff were great, but the condition of this place (old and dirty) makes me believe it is operating not just at a loss, but it is probably close to closing down.

Υπέροχα Hotel near and within walking distance of Fuentes Circle and many nightclubs (Mango Square), bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is in need of renovation but my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The wifi worked great, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was included. I would stay there again if I ever return to Cebu City.
