We had a great stay at the Sutton Park Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, with transportation and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Vancouver. Looking forward to our return visit.

We arrived early and agreed to take an upgrade in order to get early check in. However, the upgrade had a/c only on the kitchen/sitting area meaning the bedroom was hot and stuffy. The solution offered by the hotel was a portable a/c unit that vented through the window. Not really what we expected for this class of hotel and upgrade.
