Hôtel is clean and ideally located near a shopping street with lots of bars, shops and restaurant. It’s not a top of the range hotel but you get a clean room and nice bed for a relatively cheap price.

First, we loved our stay at city nest but these are things to know: We were expecting the building pictured with the big rotating Franz Kafka head (gorgeous) was where the apartment was. That is actually a mall that has everything. It is an amazing, contemporary mall. The city nest is close by around the corner. There is an elevator but it opens on the landing so you’ll have to manage 14 steps up or down to get to your floor. Our door wasn’t working-maintenance came and was able to fix it pretty quickly. So, staff was helpful and responsive. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there is a bar across the street which was very loud but we put on white noise and were able to sleep. The place itself was comfortable, spacious, well thought out, and the building had old building charm, high ceilings, tall windows that opened both out and in (double windows). Theirs air conditioning was spectacular! It was super clean. The cleaning staff stopped by only once during our stay but that was fine. Fresh towels were easily gotten with request. This was our first visit to Prague and we could reach everywhere on foot from this location. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Also good to know, this is a safe neighborhood, and if you like Turkish food, there’s a Turkish restaurant a few doors away that was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!

Nice good value hotel , in a brilliant location for getting around the city , really friendly staff , rooms nice and clean , got a good nights sleep and actually a really good breakfast

Had problems getting room cooled down Staff came to look at and offered to move me But only single room with out the view Had to run air conditioner on full fan to get it to about 24 Little noisy and couldn’t shut off when out Because it took so long to get to 24 Next morning breakfast was a problem No coffee cups many food items empty I was there around middle of service Looked like to few staff Biggest problem was door lock cards kept falling Staff eventually started giving me multiple cards but they would fail too I wouldn’t stay there again

We love every thing at the Intercity Hotel in Wien.
