Not accurate pictures at all, very unsafe and unhelpful.

Helpful staff. Perfect location

More signage, unlocked elevator, quieter plumbing, more modern locks and more comfortable bed would improve the stay. After entering the building there was no indication even where reception was. On the positive side the lady at reception was very nice and welcoming.

We had a very good experience overall at this hotel in Rome. Giorgio (I apologize if I misspelled his name), the gentleman at the reception, was absolutely amazing — truly 10 stars for customer service 🌟 He was kind, helpful, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The manager was also very collaborative and attentive whenever we needed assistance. The location is another huge plus 📍 The hotel is very well located and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made exploring Rome very convenient. As constructive feedback, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved, mainly regarding housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness could be better, and the shower did not have soap available when we arrived. We also noticed some blankets stored in the closet in a way that made us unsure whether they had been freshly cleaned. Small details like properly folded and organized bedding would help guests feel more confident about cleanliness and linen changes. Overall, the staff and location made our stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements in housekeeping, this place could easily become excellent. 😊

2 bathrooms for a couple of rooms, not really clean, the bedsheets are not changed every day

the positive: 1) the place is in a top location 2) the price is right 3) the guy doing the check in is a great guy, polite and helpful 4) there is a major construction in front of it… very noisy, but their windows are excellent for sound proofing if you keep them closed the negative: 1) they have a weird pump system behind the toilet, housed in a rickety fake wood rotting box…never seen anything like this in my life,it was leaking so i had to mop the floor twice in 12 hours… the biggest problem was the noise that it would make every now and then, starting up and sounding like a train … it woke me up several times at night

Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
