Καλό
The property was very clean but there should be phone chargers in the room compatible with USB-C. Also, hydration stations should be available on every floor.

Υπέροχα
Check in was fast and efficient and the staff member (a former concierge at another hotel) gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The room was as expected but there were no vanity curtains so I felt the office block next door could see straight in to the room. The toiletries were first class but the towels smelt burnt the room was serviced well and on time while we were out. We did not try the hotel restaurant or room service. The hotel is very well placed for the rail and bus system and close access to all the famous landmarks.

Everything was excellent except the bathtub/shower in our room. The surface is very slippery and potentially dangerous
