If I could give Baglioni Maldives 11 stars out of 10, I absolutely would! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The four restaurants were outstanding. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of variety. The resort was exceptionally clean. Our water villa was serviced twice a day, with fresh towels replaced every time. The attention to detail was remarkable. We loved every excursion, especially snorkeling, scuba diving, dolphin watching, and the "Discover Maldives" tour, where we had the chance to experience the local culture. We were also lucky with amazing weather throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the incredible marine life right next to our villa. We spent hours snorkeling and saw colorful tropical fish, graceful eagle rays, and small reef sharks just a short swim away. This has been one of the best vacations of our lives. Thank you to the entire Baglioni team for creating unforgettable memories. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing experience overall. The service throughout the resort is outstanding, with staff who are consistently attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was another highlight of our stay - particularly at the Taste buffet, where the variety and freshness were exceptional. The marine life is also incredible, with so much to see, making it a truly memorable destination. Room service was excellent as well, with delicious food delivered promptly every time at no extra charge. We also really enjoyed the pool bar - great service and a nice selection of snacks and ice cream made it a lovely spot to relax.

The room was spotless and cleaned. All the staff are great and helpful. They always say hi and ask if you need anything. The amenities is limited but there are plenty of activities to do. Highly recommended the spa. All the restaurants are great except for the restaurant Limo. We sat down for drinks and ordered our meals. We waited almost two hours for our food while we watch other guests comes after and got their food before us. By the time we got our food, the pasta wasn't cooked well and some of the food didn't taste that well. We've ordered dessert as well and it took well over 30 minutes to an hour and we didn't get our dessert because we got tired of waiting plus we're exhausted. We were there at 8 pm and stayed there until 11pm. Best place to eat is Yama, Taste, and at the pool bar. Overall, it's a great experience.

The property overall very clean and the staff excellent. All aspects reinforced its 5 star reputation apart from the dining. The buffet restaurant was good but the a la carte options were disappointing.

My husband and I traveled here for our honeymoon, and needless to say, it was an incredible experience! From the greeting at the dock to the arrival in our room, it was incredible. Our guide was incredible, and they were so caring for the entirety of the stay. The food was great, and we spent most of our time relaxing at the pool and beach with drinks in our hand. We cannot wait to come back!

The property and facilities were well-maintained, and cleaning was good, though unpredictable and not aligned with agreed times. Food and beverage selection was good, but breakfast variety could be improved. Some policies were inconvenient—our group of four could only get one drink per person, making it difficult when taking turns at the bar. Service fell short of 5-star expectations. We waited over an hour for drinks and food, though after raising concerns with the restaurant manager, our orders were expedited—yet other guests continued to experience delays. The resort’s host concept for planning dinners and activities had potential but lacked efficiency. We often received our schedules late in the afternoon, limiting our ability to plan our own vacation. Despite requesting a meeting with the general manager multiple times, he did not meet us, making guests feel unimportant. However, the food and beverage manager did address our concerns. Still, we observed other guests facing similar issues. Most bar staff were excellent, especially Ananya and a bar supervisor.

Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property arranges transfers on behalf of the guest (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 45 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/ Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out.
