Κάτω του μέσου όρου Our stay was during the renovations to the hotel, but I would recommend staying elsewhere anyway. The staff would have demonstrated better customer service if they responded to the WhatsApp message service if they did not have phone services available. We had called several times with no response before our arrival. Only one functional elevator. Despite a renovated room being available, we were initially assigned a room that had traces of mold, a broken refrigerator and stained sheets. There was a break in the shower wall such that water was leaking into the main room. The staff was able to switch rooms, but maybe initially putting us into a room that was better suited for the customers would have been a better choice.

It is under construction so maybe they will make it nice. It is dirty at the moment and the room had curtains that were hanging off the rails and mold in the shower and no shower door. They do no service so in 5 nights no towels and no trash collected and things like that were bad. It had great ice cold AC and it had a fridge which was nice. It was a decent size room and ok bed.

El personal muy amable y cooperativo, nos ayudó a conseguir un médico privado al hotel.
La sala de espera estaba infestado de mosquitos y el elevador terrible, a pesar de muy lento es exageradamente pequeñísimo, NO caben 2 personas y una maleta. Tuvimos que usar 2 ascensores muy lentos y pequeños .

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was phenomenal. The room was very clean and recently renovated. Some floors are at the time of this post being renovated, so there is some construction during the dya, but my room was super clean and cool. The elevators might be a bit narrow for some people, but I had no problem taking them up/down, sometimes I would take the stairs for a bit of cardio. The location is very close to the Omonia train station and there are several buses nearby. The Acropolis stop is about 10 minutes away, but walking distance the hotel is near the National Archaeological museum and the Exarcheia neighborhood with many bars, cafes, and vegan/vegetarian spots.

Hotel was in a rough area, building and Reno materials were everywhere. Room was not clean, bugs in lobby. Unpleasant stay.

Φανταστικό It was located right we needed to be for what we wanted to do. Great breakfast and very helpful getting us transportation.
