TV control never worked

I won’t say it’s a good place for family but a place to hang over for the night

Worst place to stay in Muscat. Also they will not refund you if you cancel early

The hotel is clean and neat.Very silent environments. Friendly and caring staffs.

Basic hotel, reasonable price, and fairly close to various restaurants and quick taxi ride to attractions.

The hotel was good but not great. The good: Not super expensive at about US$40/night. Proximity to certain attractions like Sultan Qaboos mosque, the two malls and the airport itself. The bad: The bathroom fittings were rusty and broken. Many times, hot water simply did not come. Lack of good dining options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel only serves breakfast and dinner.

Really great value, slightly odd location by the motorway which made walking to anywhere tricky, and tired fixtures and fittings (and noisy air con), but the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size with a desk/dressing table and armchair and coffee table, plus a small balcony, the soundproofing was great, the water pressure was decent, the wifi was reliable and the bed was comfy - and within easy taxi reach of everywhere - all in all incredible value.

Very clean

The staff were good about accommodating my special requests. Housekeeping service was spectacular. Room and hotel were clean. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. However, it was not a perfect stay and I'm tempted to take a star off. The hotel did not respond to my Expedia message. I also asked for a hand towel, and the response was because i'm in a single standard I only get one towel. This was not a welcoming gesture. An extra towel is such a small thing to make a customer happy. Fortunately they gave it to me without issue. I also didn't receive water on one day, and when I asked for it I was questioned. Again, one small bottle of water is a small thing to make a client happy. But despite these, it was a very enjoyable stay.
